Ingredients: For the Chicken: 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 4 small) ½ cup all-purpose flour 2 large eggs, beaten 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp salt & black pepper 1 cup marinara sauce (for topping) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Vegetable oil, for frying For the Alfredo Sauce: 2 tbsp butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1½ cups heavy cream 1½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese Salt & pepper, to taste Optional: pinch of nutmeg For the Pasta: 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
